Business surroundings are always full of challenges and to survive & stand out in a multifaceted and ambiguous environment every business organization has to make its strategies in accordance with the environmental changes. One such unexpected event Covid-19 adversely affected the business prospects of every economy across the world. The prolonged lockdown created financial crisis in most of the countries whether they are under developed, developing or developed. This unanticipated occurrence doesn’t allow anyone to ensure the financial stability. Most of the countries and business organizations are taking various steps to triumph over these drastic conditions and to keep the wheel of recovery and progress rolling. This seminar of PIMG is concerned with unlocking the financial growth which is encountered by the economies as well as businesses and it is an effort to find out some different perspectives to handle the issues and challenges post Covid-19

Best Paper Awards

Two best paper awards worth 10,000/- will be given in the seminar. The process of selection will be initial selection of best papers from each technical session and then final presentations of the selected papers before a panel for final best paper declaration

Guidelines for Author

  • The seminar is open to Academicians, Research Scholars, Industry Executives, and Student engaged in the field of Marketing Management, Financial Management, Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences and other Contemporary Issue related to the main theme of the seminar.
  • The participants must submit the abstract of the paper not exceeding the limit of 200 words, which will be scrutinized and finalized by the editorial committee.
  • The abstract must include the author's name (s), affiliation (s), full postal address, email ID, and telephones/fax number along with the title of the paper on the front page.
  • Full text of the paper is to be submitted in duplicate, typed in MS Word using Time New Roman, font size 12 on A-4 size paper in 1.5 spacing (not more than 25 Printed pages) and in soft copy via email.
