About Me

Shikha Sharma is a Science graduate (B.Sc Biotechnology) from University of Rajasthan. She completed her PGPBM (Post Graduation Program in Finance-HR from PIBM ( Pune Institute ofBusiness Management) Pune. She has also completed MBA in Banking from Sikkim Manipal University and a Diploma in PGDHRD (Post Graduation diploma in human resource management)from Jiwaji University. Currently she is pursuing PhD form Jiwaji University. She has worked with Detusche Bank , Jaipur as Financial Analyst there she used to ensure timely communication and settlement of trades to avoid any buy in’s, work on reconciliation breaks ,pre matching of trades ,running daily and monthly reports, sending SPO and etc. After that she has worked with many institutions as their Academic help and Visiting Faculty in Gwalior. During her tenure at Deutsche bank she was rewarded as “Star of the Month” twice and has received many academic awards. Currently she is working as Training and Placement Officer in Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior.
