Dr. Kavita Rana is a distinguished scholar and expert in Accounting and Finance. She is presently employed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior. 
Dr. Rana holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Jiwaji University (a State Government owned University), in addition to a Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Commerce (Accounts and Finance). She qualified the University Grant Commission's National Eligibility Test for the position of Assistant Professor in Commerce.
Moreover, she possesses expertise in research methodologies within her field. Prior to her transfer into academia, she had substantial professional expertise at a prestigious Chartered Accountant business in Gurgaon, specializing in accounting and auditing. Dr. Rana possesses over three years of professional experience, contributing substantial practical insights to her teaching and mentoring duties.
