About Me

Dr. Nidhi Jain is an accomplished Assistant Professor of Finance at the Prestige Institute of Management & Research (PIMR), Gwalior. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Jiwaji University, building on a strong academic foundation with a B.Com and an MBA (Finance & Marketing dual specialization), where she secured third position and qualified UGC-NET.

An active contributor to academia, Dr. Jain has authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters in areas such as financial inclusion, psychological biases in GenZ investment, and mindful financial decision-making. She has received multiple research accolades, including Best Paper Presenter awards at both the International Conference of Central University, Rajasthan, and JCGS, and served as Session Chair at the Malang 2022 International Conference (Indonesia). Additionally, she has chaired sessions at several international conferences and holds roles as both journal reviewer and editor—contributing significantly to scholarly discourse and peer review standards.

In recognition of her excellence in teaching and research, Dr.Jain was honored with the Best Faculty Award 2024 at PIMR. Her expertise spans finance, accountancy, and economics, and she is deeply involved in curriculum development, student mentorship, and research supervision. Driven by a commitment to empirical rigor and practical relevance, Dr. Jain continues to advance financial behavior research and equip future business leaders with quality education and innovative insight.
