About Me

Dr. Jamini Ranjan Meher is an Assistant Professor (HR) in the management

Department. He did his Ph.D., M.Phil., and MBA from the Department of

Business Administration, Sambalpur University. He has 4 years of research and

academic experience.

His area of interest is Knowledge Management, Organizational Learning,

Work-Life Balance, Organizational Effectiveness, etc. Being active in research

and academia, he has 8 national and international publications including

Scopus, Web of Sciences and ABDC, etc to his credit. He has participated in

various national and international conferences including PAN IIM World

Conference. He is also an active reviewer of various ABDC category journals.

He received the Best paper (3 rd ) award at XUB Sustainability Summit- 2018

organized by Xavier University, Bhubaneswar.
