About Me

Dr. Abhijeet Singh Chauhan holds M.B.A. degree in HRM and Marketing from PIMG in 2017, where he secured a Top 5 rank. His teaching area lies in HR/OB, Marketing and Research Methodology, and his research area lies in organizational psychology, specifically in 'Employee voice behaviour'. He has been awardedPh.Din Management on the topic ‘Employee behavioural tendencies at the workplace: Role of employee voice behaviour and its predictors’ from Jiwaji University, Gwalior (M.P.). He has around four years of teaching experience and has also contributed to syllabus and curriculum development of MBA and BBA in Jiwaji university, Gwalior. He also took research methodology classes for PhD coursework students at Govt. M.L.B. arts and commerce college, Gwalior. Dr. Chauhan has been passionate about research since his college days, which motivated him to participate in seminars, workshops and conferences at the national and international levels. He has presented many research papers in national and international seminars, conferences and workshops. He is a recipient of four 'Best Research Paper Awards' in national and international conferences. He has around 25 publications in National and International journals and conference proceedings, including publications in 'B' and 'C' category journals indexed in Scopus and web of science. He has attended several FDPs from renowned institutions like IITDelhi, IIT Kanpur, IIM Visakhapatnam and IIM Bodhgaya and two FDPs on SMART PLS supported by TUHH, University of Hamburg, Germany.
