As an accomplished academic and researcher in HR analytics, I have dedicated over a decade to the pursuit of knowledge and the empowerment of students. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the esteemed Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Indore since 2011, my commitment to education and research is unwavering.
My educational path comprises a Master's degree in Human Resource from DAVV, Indore, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from RGPV, Bhopal. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya with a specialization in HR analytics. Additionally, I hold certification as a SAP ERP professional.
In the domain of research, I've published papers in peer-reviewed and ADBC category listed journals. My work primarily focuses on the intersection of HR and analytics, exploring the potential of machine learning and classification algorithms to transform HR practices.
With a strong academic foundation, I seamlessly blend theoretical knowledge with practical experience gained during my time in the industry. My classroom philosophy revolves around mentoring and active engagement. I guide students through complex research projects and internships, bridging the gap between academia and industry.
My areas of research encompass HR analytics, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and data-driven decision-making. My ongoing PhD journey reflects my commitment to advancing both theoretical paradigms and practical applications. I've also been a part of NAAC and Autonomous College evaluation teams, contributing to the enhancement of education quality.
Beyond academia, I actively contribute to industry-academia partnerships and the HR analytics discourse, solidifying my role as an agent of change. As a mentor, educator, and researcher, I strive to inspire and shape the future of HR analytics.
