About Me
Dr. Chetanya Singh is presently working as an Assistant Professor at Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior. She has a PhD from ABV-IIITM, Gwalior and an MBA in Marketing from IMT, Ghaziabad. Qualified UGC NET and JRF in Management. Published six research papers in national and international, Scopus and SCI-index journals. She has worked as a research assistant on an ICSSR-sponsored project at ABV-IIITM, Gwalior. She has a year of corporate experience at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. Her teaching interests are Marketing Management, Customer Relationship Management, Service Marketing and Integrated Marketing Communications. Her research interests are Chatbots, Technology Acceptance, AI in marketing, Virtual Influencers and Social media marketing
