About Me
Ms.Sonam Kushwah is an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Gwalior. She holds an MBA Degree with specialization in Human Resources and She is currently pursuing PhD in the area of Workplace Happiness. With 13 year of teaching experience, She has demonstrated a deep commitment to academia and research.
Her primary research interests lie in Workplace Happiness and its Outcomes, where, she aims to explore innovative factors for the wellbeing and job satisfaction of employees. Her passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment drives her commitment to teaching and mentoring the next generation of HR leaders. Her goal is to inspire students to become strategic HR partners who can drive organizational success. Through case studies, simulations, and real-world examples, she strive to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Her area of interest are Human Resource Management, Industrial law, Business law, Management Practices and Organizational Behavior. She has attended many National and International Conferences and workshops. She is a dedicated academician and She has presented research papers in National and International conferences and published research papers in journals of repute.
