About Me
Ms.Sweety Dubey is an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Gwalior. She holds an MBA Degree with specialization in Human Resources and currently she is pursuing PhD in the area of Organizational Behavior. She has demonstrated a deep commitment to academia and research with total 11 Year of working experience including 1 year in corporate sector Her major area of teaching includes Human Resource Management, Industrial Laws and organizational Behavior. She is graduated in the field of biology from Jiwaji University Gwalior M.P. and done her Master’s in Business Administration from Prestige Institute of Management Gwalior M.P. She is also done 4 years of classical music degree from Kheragarh University. She is having around 12 Research papers in various International and National Journals and one book publication on her name. Her teaching interest includes Industrial Laws, HRM, Organizational Behavior and Communication
