About Me
Ms. Anushka Gupta is presently working as an Assistant Professor, in Department of Management, Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior. She has qualified UGC NET-JRF in the first attempt. She did her Master of Business Administration from Jiwaji University, Gwalior (3rd rank in university) (2022-2024) and Bachelor's of Commerce (Honours) from Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior (2018-2021). She has also qualified Company Secretary Foundation and Executive exam (2019-2021).Her teaching area of interest is Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour, while her research area is the Mental well-being of neurodiverse employees working in an organization. She has presented research papers at National Conferences. She has experience in working as an HR Trainee in various corporate organizations.
