About Me

Dr. Indira Sharma brings with her a decade of impeccable professional experience as a Freelance trainer & Academician. Armed with a PG Degree in HR and a Doctoral degree in Management from DAVV Indore, her repertoire beautifully balances her teaching experience and her passion for research. She has taught a wide variety of students including corporate managers, shop floor workers, school and college teachers, Armed Forces Officers, apart from MBA students. Her USP is her ability to strike a cordial rapport and trust level with her students and the friendly environment she creates in the classroom, one that facilitates effective learning. Her classes on written and verbal communication skills, corporate communication and etiquette, time and stress management have received glowing feedbacks from the student community. On the research front, she has authored 8 national and 6 international publications and 8 conference proceedings, and has been instrumental in public/private consultancy projects with PSUs and leading institutions such as MP State Electricity Board, IIM Indore and Prestige Institute of Management and research, Indore. On the personal front, she is an avid reader and has a flair for writing articles on social issues in the local media. Dr Indira also takes time out occasionally to reach out to parents and school going kids on varied subjects such as careers and parenting. She has 1.5 years of corporate experience and 9 years of academic experience.
