National Research Methodology
Workshop-2017 was conducted from
24th to 27th of august 2017
in which about 54 delegates from various states like Gujrat, Maharastra, Goa,
U.P., Rajasthan etc. 50 faculty members of the institute and 34 Students from the institute participated in this
workshop.
It
started with the inauguration by Prof.S.G.deshmukh,
Director ABV-IIITM, Gwalior. Prof. J.P.Verma, Prof and dean student welfare,
LNIPE. In Inaugral session Prof G.P verma was felicitated with research
excellence Award for his contribution
in the area of research, which was followed by rigorous ‘learning by doing’
sessions
The
first session was conducted by Dr. S S Bhakar on research process including
problem designing, framing objectives, data collection sources, The after lunch
session was devoted to how to write good thesis or research paper , reference
writing etc.
Second
day was dedicated to group activity and
the rest of the day proved to be a great learning session for all where four
sessions were conducted by Dr. S S Bhakar on Selecting tools for data
analysis, hypothesis testing, parametric
and non parametric tools, analysis of variance- univariate, bivariate as well
as analysis of covariances. The day ended with group activity.
On
the second day a parallel session was conducted on MATLAB by Dr.Saurabh
Mukehjee Assosiate professor of Banasthali vidhya peeth jaipur for whole
Third
day commenced with group activity. Then in various sessionsof regression
including bivariate, multivariate and mediation models in addition to
exploratory factor analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, SEM. The session
was conducted by Dr. SS Bhakar.

professor of Banasthali vidhya peeth jaipur
On
fourth and the last day of the workshop a session on was held and the whole day
was given to groups so as to develop their research article by practically
applying the tools used and was followed by presentation of the same. This is
done in order to ensure the learning and therefore, the success of this
workshop which has enhanced the same.
In
all we developed 16 papers in this research methodology workshop. The papers written
will be edited by editorial board under the guidance of Dr. S. S. Bhakar and
will be published in an edited book.

Shilpa Sankpal & her team developed a paper on Impact of Social Value on Loyalty in
Perfumes
Prof.
Gaurav Jaiswal & his team developed one paper Employee Engagement,
Organisational Performance and Individual Well Being
Dr.
Nischay Upmanyu & his team developed one paper on Assessing the effect of Maslow’s Hierarchy theory on selection of
undergraduate academic programme in Indian context.
