Prof (Dr) Rakhi Singh Chouhan is an accomplished academician, researcher, and legal professional with over 23 years of experience in advocacy and teaching. She is currently serving as Principal, Department of Law, Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior. A gold medalist in LL.M. and Ph.D. holder from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, she has guided multiple Ph.D. scholars and published extensively, , books, and edited volumes.  Recognized with several prestigious awards such as Most Influential Women of Madhya Pradesh and The Phenomenal She, Dr. Singh is also a certified Mediator with expertise in dispute resolution. Her contributions to legal education, research, and social justice reflect her commitment to academic excellence and community service.
