IIIRD NATIONAL LAW SEMINAR
With reference to the notification and medical advisories issued by the UGC and Department of Higher Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh regarding outbreak of Novel Corona Virus (COVID 19). Towards this Advisory has been issued to the Universities and affiliated Colleges regarding conduction of Seminars and Gatherings.
Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior organized 3rd National Law Seminar on “Environment Protection and Green Governance: Legal Issues and New Challenges” on March 21, 2020 via Video Conferencing through Skype and other online video conferencing platforms. Lawctopus, LiveLaw and Lawof as Media Partners; Vinod stores was Partner. The members of the Core committee were Dr. Prabal Pratap Singh (Coordinator) and Prof. Aakash Gupta (Co coordinator).
The Department of Law received 68 Abstracts and more than 47 Full Research Papers. Total 41 papers were presented out of 47 via Skype and Google Duo in III National Law Seminar on March 21, 2020. The Academicians, Practitioners and Students from various Institutions across the country including National Law University Tamilnadu, NLU Assam, NLIU Bhopal, Jindal University, Manipal University, SAGE University Indore, Jagran Lake city University Bhopal, Campus Law Centre New Delhi, Indraprasth University Delhi, Amity Noida, Amity Gwalior, PIMR Indore, Madhav College, KRG and MLB College Gwalior.
Two Parallel Technical Sessions were scheduled from 10:30 PM to 13:00 PM.
Sessions were headed by faculty members of Department of Law PIMG, paper (softcopy) would be sent to the eminent panelist for evaluation.
