The one-day workshop was conducted at Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior.
It is to be noted that a one-day e-workshop was organized by the Equal Opportunity Cell and Internal Complaints Committee of Prestige Institute of Management and Research Gwalior, titled "Gender Sensitization", in which Professor Dr. Neetu Purohit Indian Institute of Health Management Research was the keynote speaker- Jaipur was present. The keynote speaker told how discrimination based on gender can lead any nation towards degradation, in the workshop, he told that this evil can be eradicated only by increasing the harmony among the students, due to which the feeling of inequality in the society Will end. On this occasion, Dr. Tarika Singh, Deputy Director of the Institute told that through the Equal Opportunity Cell, the institute has organized many such programs in the past. Dr. Indira Sharma, coordinator of the workshop said that on this occasion more than 350 students got themselves registered in this workshop and ensured their participation. All the faculty members were present in this workshop, mainly the Deputy Director of the institute Dr. Navita Nathani, Dr. Garima Mathur, members of Equal Opportunity Cell Mr. Nitin Srivastava, Shubhangi Gupta and Aakash Gupta were present.

Equal opportunity cell Prestige Institute of Management and Research Gwalior has organized one-day Webinar on intellectual property rights. The topic of the webinar was "The Importance of Trademark and design in the urbanized industry". The speaker for the event was Dr. Gargi Chakraborty Associate professor at National Law University Jodhpur.
The webinar was organized on 28 December 202 to simulate the students about multi-dimensional approaches toward intellectual property rights specified in the current scenario.
The esteemed speaker has well defined the concepts related to Trademark and their importance in an urbanized industry. she has also explained the various laws and regulations related to the topic. 219 students registered for this workshop including the law students and management students as well. The coordinator of the Webinar was Assistant Professor Vartika Saxena gave vote of thanks after the completion of the webinar. The head of the equal opportunity cell Dr. Tarika Singh Sikarwar has explained the significance of intellectual property right in the Modern era.

The Equal Opportunity Cell Prestige Institute of Management and Research Gwalior has organized a National Webinar on "Intellectual Property Rights: Issues related to Trademark and Design in the modern industry" on 15th January 2022. The purpose of the webinar was to aware the students of the significance of the Trademark and the challenges related to design in modern industry. The speaker of the webinar was Advocate Vivekha Ponnusamy (Advocate Madras High Court). The speaker has explained the issues related to IPR filing in terms of Trademark and design in modern industry, the speaker has also emphasized the role of documentation in trademark filing and design. A total of 209 students have joined the session from all over the country. After the completion of the Webinar, e-certificates were distributed among the participants. At last, the coordinator of the webinar Assistant Professor Vartika Saxena has also proposed a vote of thanks to the speaker.
