          Excel Basics

          Module #1: 2.0 hours

·         Introduction – Excel workbook and Worksheet Overview. MS ExcelOptions, ribbon,sheets, SavingExcelFileasPDF, CSVandolderversions, 

·         Copy,Cut,Paste, Hide, Unhide and link the data in Rows, Columns and Sheet;

·         Using paste special options,

·         Formatting cells, Rows, Columns and sheets,

·         Protecting and Unprotecting cells, rows, columns and sheets with or without password,

·         Header Footer

·         Page Layout and Printer properties, Inserting Pictures and other objects in worksheets

Module #2: 15.0 hours

·         Mathematical Functions - This lecture covers Mathematical formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, ROUND, CEILING, FLOOR, RAND, MIN & MAX, MOD,EVEN, SUMPRODUCT, RANK.

·         Excel Exercise for Mathematical Function

·         Textual Formulas - This Excel lecture covers Textual formulas such as TRIM, CONCATENATE, SUBSTITUTE, UPPER & LOWER, LENGTH, LEFT, RIGHT & MID

·         Excel Exercise for Textual Function

·         Logical Formulas - AND & OR, IF, COUNT, COUNTA, COUNTIF, SUMIF, SUMIFS, IF/ELSE, NESTED IF/ELSE

·         Excel Exercise for Logical Function

·         Date-time (Temporal) Formulas - DATE, DATEVALUE, DAY, DAY360, SECOND, MINUTES, HOURS, NOW, TODAY, MONTH, YEAR, YEARFRAC, TIME, WEEKDAY, WORKDAY, DATEDIF & DAYS

·         Excel Exercise for Date-time Function

·         Statistical Functions: AVEDEV, AVERAGE, AVERAGEA, AVERAGEIF, COUNT, COUNTA, COUNTBLANK, COUNTIF, FORECAST, MAX, MAXA, MIN, MINA, STDEVA and Using Data analysis.

·         Data Tools - This lecture covers Data operating tools such as Data Sorting and Filtering, Data validation, Removing duplicates, Importing Data (Text-to-columns)

·         Excel Exercise for Data Tools Function

·         Formatting data and tables - This Excel lecture covers data formatting options such as colouring, changing font, alignments and table formatting options such as adding borders, having highlighted table headers, banded rows etc.

·         Basic Charts - This Excel lecture covers charts such as, Bar/ Column chart, Line Chart, Scatter Plot, Pie & Histogram

·         Excel Exercise for Basic Charts

Advance Excel:

Module #3: 8.0 hours

·         Lookup Formulas - This Excel lecture covers Lookup formulas such as LOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, OFFSET, TRANSPOSE, INDIRECT

·         Macros - This lecture covers the process of recording a Macro, running a Macro and creating a button to run a Macro.

·         Pivot Tables - Pivot tables Basics, Pivot/Slicer and Dashboard

·         Excel Shortcuts - shortcut for any particular excel operation.

Excel Project:

Module 4: 5 Hours
