Faculty Details

She is an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management with over 4 years and a dedicated academician committed to delivering high-quality education while nurturing human values. She holds a Master of Business Administration with dual specializations in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior. Additionally, she has an Engineering degree in Computer Science and a B.Ed. degree. 

Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Management and is also a UGC-NET-qualified professional.

With about a year of corporate experience, she brings practical insights into her academic work. She is actively involved in coordinating the HR Club at the institute and has participated in numerous national and international Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). She has also presented research papers at various esteemed conferences, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence and continuous learning.

In addition to her academic and professional qualifications, she is a certified NLP Coach, Life Coach, and Hypnosis Practitioner. She has conducted several impactful sessions on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), empowering individuals to unlock their potential and achieve personal and professional growth.
