About Me

Mr. Ajay Jain is an Assistant Professor in Dept. of Commerce at the Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Gwalior since September 2022. Prior to this he was associated with Amity University, Madhya Pradesh as a visiting faculty. He has also worked as a Guest faculty at Institute of Law at Jiwaji University, Gwalior. Currently, he is pursuing Ph.D. in Commerce from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He has a corporate experience of 3 years in CA firm where he handled work related to accounting, auditing and taxation field. He has more than 2 years of experience in academic and research field. His academic interest lies in the field of accounting, taxation and finance. He was awarded the dual Gold Medal by Hon’ble former President of India and Hon’ble Ex. Governor of Madhya Pradesh, for securing First Position in Master of Commerce (Accounting and Taxation) under Dept. of Commerce, Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He has also received Brilliant Performance award (Senior & Junior Category) in National Accounting Talent Search organised by Indian Accounting Association. He also obtained Certification “Management Accounting in Decision Making” from IIM Bangalore. His Interest area of Research include taxation and financial management. He has presented various papers at National and International Conferences, Seminars. He has also attended many AICTE approved FDPs, Refresher Course and Workshops from renowned institutions. Apart from being a passionate educator, he has coordinated various curricular, extra-curricular and outbound activities.
