About Me

He has four years of corporate experience & Seven years of teaching experience. He has cleared UGC – NET Examination in 2009. He has been attended various seminars and conferences and presented paper in many national and international conferences. He has Three International and Thirteen National publications to his credit. His areas of interest are Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, International HRM and Labour Laws. He is pursuing his Ph. D. from Jiwaji University, Gwalior on the topic ““Organizational Level Variables as Determinants of Behavioral Outcomes of Customers: A Study of Banking Sector”.
